AI feedback is more useful when it names an observable weakness in an answer. A short rubric can turn generic encouragement into a focused rehearsal.

Choose a low-risk rehearsal task

Use a project explanation, a presentation opening or a practice interview answer that contains no confidential information. State the audience and the time limit. Define what good looks like

Use observable criteria: a direct opening, one relevant example, a clear personal contribution and an answer within the time limit. Avoid a single numerical score that looks objective without a calibrated benchmark. Ask the tool to quote the sentence that needs attention so you can see whether the criticism fits.

Separate content from delivery

A text transcript can help with structure and wording, but it does not capture all aspects of a spoken presentation. Rehearse aloud and listen for sentences that are hard to say. Keep your own voice

Accept changes that make the answer clearer without inflating responsibility or results. If a revised answer invents a percentage improvement, remove it.
