Anthropic adds intelligent reporting, employee surveys, and shared budgeting features to Claude Enterprise

Anthropic has introduced several new features for Claude Enterprise, designed to help organizations leverage AI tools more effectively while keeping costs under control. These updates provide administrators with greater visibility into how employees are using Claude, their feedback on the platform, and areas where its utility could be further enhanced. Additionally, the updates improve how teams manage their usage budgets, making it easier to share spending allowances rather than relying solely on individual limits. These three new features are now available to enterprise customers.

New Features for Claude Enterprise
According to Anthropic, its newly launched “intelligent reporting” feature analyzes samples of team conversations to show how employees are using the Claude platform, the costs associated with these tasks, and the final outcomes. The feature can also flag issues—such as missing integrations or failed tool calls—and identify repetitive workflows that could be converted into reusable skills.

According to the company, administrators can generate reports for specific teams and time periods, explore questions regarding usage and spending, and share their findings with colleagues. These reports are intended to help organizations understand how Claude is being used and identify areas for improvement, rather than to evaluate individual employees.

Anthropic has also introduced an in-app survey feature, enabling administrators to collect feedback on Claude directly from employees. These surveys cover topics such as how much time the AI assistant saves and which tasks benefit most from its use. Administrators can customize questions, select recipients, and export responses for further analysis.

Additionally, the company has implemented a shared budget system, allowing teams to pool their monthly spending allowances. Employees who require more usage capacity can draw from the remaining team budget, provided they remain within their individual spending limits.

If an employee reaches their individual limit or the shared team budget is exhausted, access to Claude will be suspended. Employees may request additional usage capacity through Claude, subject to approval by an administrator. Furthermore, Anthropic will send email notifications to billing administrators when the shared budget reaches 50%, 75%, 95%, and 100% of its total limit.

These three features are now generally available to Claude Enterprise customers, though access may depend on an organization’s configuration.
